These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LockBox Vidi ("Vidi"), a secure platform made available by LockBox in connection with its intelligence, security advisory, and consulting services.

Nothing in these Terms creates an independent right to access or use Vidi. Access to the platform is provided solely in connection with a separate contractual relationship between LockBox and its clients and may be suspended, modified, or terminated in accordance with that relationship.

By accessing or using Vidi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Vidi supports the secure delivery of intelligence, risk awareness, travel coordination, organizational resilience, and related advisory services to assist informed operational decision-making. While LockBox strives to provide accurate and timely information, Vidi is intended to support professional judgment and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

SMS MESSAGING & CONSENT AUTHORIZATION

Where SMS communications are authorized through your organization's contractual engagement and confirmed through your individual account activation, we may send service-related messages including account verification codes, password reset requests, platform invitations, traveler check-in requests, protective intelligence notifications, security alerts, and other communications directly related to your use of LockBox Vidi or the services provided by LockBox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, notifying your assigned LockBox analyst directly, or disabling SMS messaging through the applicable service settings. For assistance, reply HELP or contact your assigned LockBox analyst directly.

Access to LockBox Vidi and authorization to receive SMS communications are governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement ("MSA") between LockBox and the client. During onboarding, the client organization designates authorized users and provides each designated user with a LockBox SMS Communication Consent Authorization Form. The client organization and designated user complete and sign the authorization before LockBox issues a secure account activation invitation. Each designated user must then activate their LockBox Vidi account before ongoing service-related SMS communications are enabled.

LockBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Vidi for any user whose actions violate these Terms, compromise the security or integrity of the platform, or are otherwise inconsistent with the contractual relationship governing access to the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. LockBox may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vidi following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
